unusual notification appearing bug or malware

Hey So i got this notification on my iPhone has this happened to anyone else and if so is it a bug or glitch apple are fairly sure its a bug but not guaranteed

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

Do you have an Exchange or work profile or email on your device? If so that is likely the cause and you should contact your IT department.

No as I'm a student in college which i have 2 college emails if thats anything to take into consideration

The college emails are likely requiring this for their own security. Try contacting the college IT.

yeah its usual as i had the college ones for a long time about 2 to 3 years and it was only today it came up and I've been out of college for about 2 years
