Need help eliminating "com.parallels.kext"

I have been attempting to correct the problems inherent with downloading El Capitan on an older Macbook Pro late 2011 without proper preparation. I waited too long to upgrade from the Lion OS and went directly to Yosemite and then El Capitan. I didn't get the memo on the disaster that was about to occur. I have corrected much of the problem by dumping all of the old programs that the developers had abandoned and that would not run under 10.11.1 and even found out the saving a non Jpeg image to "Photos" will cause a major problem with El Capisan.

The wait cursor is still a major problem and can stop use of the computer anywhere from 35 seconds with just a simple move of the cursor to a minute or longer depending on what action I am sttempting.

I suspect the major problem now are the remains of "Parallels" in Kernel Extensions. I do not have the install disk. And the Parallels support is confusing. The only option I can come up with is use of the sudo command and I want to be clear on exactly how to use it.

I am posting an Etrecheck Report and would appreciate any advice on how to recover the speed of this Macbook.

The Parallels items you are referring to, have been moved to the 'Incompatible Software'-folder (About incompatible software on your Mac - Apple Support), where they can't do any harm. It should be easy enough to remove them: the folder should be visible at the top level of your startup disk (normally called "Macintosh HD"). But it probably will not stop the "beachballing".

Have you tried rebooting in Safe Mode, followed by a normal reboot?
