prince songs gone
I purchased a Prince album on ITunes and now all the songs are unavailable to listen to. What's going on ? Do I get a refund? I paid 12.99

They are gone from where, the store, the Music app on your phone ... ? They don't show for redownloading in the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on your phone ? If not you haven't hidden them from the cloud (Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support), or are they hidden by you restricting explicit content ?
If they are no longer in the store then you won't be able to redownload them, if you want them on your phone you will have to sync them back from your computer's iTunes library (assuming that you took a backup copy of them) - there are no refunds if rights-holders (or Apple) remove items from the store.
