Can you use this as iCloud backup
cant I use airport time capsule as backup for all my devices instead of iCloud backup and backup drive in iCloud settings

Time Capsule was designed to back up your Mac(s) using Time Machine.
It is not possible to back up iPhones / iPads, etc directly to the Time Capsule. Those devices can back up to iTunes on your Mac......and then....when the Mac backs up to the Time Capsule, the iOS backups on your Mac are backed up to the Time Capsule.

In theory, it is possible to back up a PC to the Time Capsule. In practice, this is not easy, and not reccommended.
