Burning MP3 CD Reorders My Songs

iTunes 12.3.0.44

I'm trying to burn an mp3 cd (specific request) of an audiobook with 11 tracks.

After ordering and naming all 11 I burn an mp3 cd.

When iTunes loads the CD back in (without even taking the disc out) the tracks are all out of order.

It is not a matter of viewing the tracks, as they all have the same artist and album name, and clearly the tracks are selected.

I have also tried to right click on the playlist and select "copy to play order" but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Other interesting tidbits:

When I play in a PC on WMP, the order is scrambled again, yet in a different order.

When I play in a DVD player, the order is correct, even better than appears in iTunes.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Track numbers before burn (this came from a 2 CD set originally, which I am converting to a single mp3 cd):

Track numbers after:

So it's keeping the track numbers the same even after burn. And then when it's ordered by track number is where it messes up:

How can I edit the track numbers so that they show 1... of 11 so that when I order it by track number it will be in the correct order?
