Q: my phone is disabled, help

my kids disabled my phone and I can't get it to work to save my life

A:

it tells me to connect to iTunes, which I did.  I can't figure out what to do.  I tried to ask for support but I need a code that is in my phone and being that my phone is locked and won't let me in, I'm screwed
