Q: After installing Befunky how do I get it to show up in my extensions on Photos?

I downloaded Befunky from ITunes onto my Mac.

In my El Capitan Photos Editing mode I opened extensions-more and found the Photos says Not Enabled for third-party extensions. Why?

There are no selections available.

YOu have to purchase the application  that has photos extensions and run it once for the extensions to be installed - if they still are not there reboot and they should be

So my issue was that I was prompted to download Befunky from ITunes store which only put it on my iphone. I needed the app on my IMac in order for it to be selected in my systems preferences and therefore had to download it and pay again from the Mac Store. That was annoying! Now I have it as a third party extension on Photos and it works well.

Was there a way to get it from ITunes to my Mac without rebuying it?

Can I get my money back from the ITunes store if I don't want it on my iPhone?

No, there is no way to run iPhone applications on a Mac.  The processor on your iPhone is different from the Mac and the operating system as well.

Also no, sorry.  Apps cannot be returned.  But try to convince the iTunes App Store Support that you made a mistake, perhaps they will oblige.

In iTunes, open the Store menu, then "View Account".  Sign in with your AppleID, then open your Purchase History. At the bottom of the list with your Purchases is a "report a Problem" button.  Click it and describe, that you bought BeFunky for the wrong device and ask for a refund.
