How do I turn off voice assist when sending text messages?

How do I turn off voice assist when sending text messages?

I accidently made a change on my phone and now I get voice "help" when typing a text message. I've tried all the buttons I can but can't find the correct one to turn this function off. Help?

Thanks for the information. I did finally figure out which button in the Accessibility dept. to switch back to original position. Silly Me!
