Lost iBook with new phone, still shared with family

I purchased a book on my old iPhone and set up family share with my husband so we both had the book on iBooks. Now, I have a new phone and I cannot see the book, but he still has it in his library. I have checked everywhere to find the purchased book: his purchases, mine, on the Mac... I cannot find the original purchased book anywhere. Any idea how to make it so that I can see it on my phone like he can?
