Q: When do not disturb is on, calls does not go to voicemail.

I have set Do Not Disturb between the hours of 8am to 5pm.  The problem that I am having is that calls are not going to voicemail.  It is either keeps on ringing, or busy signals.  My voicemail is not picking up the calls.  I am with Tmobile.  Does anyone have solutions to this issue?  I have checked apple forum and google the issue...no luck.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

    HI there lenovot60,

It sounds like you have Do not Disturb enabled but your calls dont automatically get transferred to your voicemail. I would start by troubleshooting the phone. First turn Do not Disturb off, then quit Settings and the Phone apps:

Force an app to close in iOS

    1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
    2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
    3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works. Usually you shouldn't have to do this for an issue such as this, but this is the next software troubleshooting step to do.

How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself. If nothing works, and it happens when you restore it as new, then I would reach out to your carrier for additional assistance.
