Q: White lines across screen after dropping in water

So, some water got in my phone after taking a bath and it worked fine. Nothing was wrong. An hour or so later white lines showed up on the screen and gradually went up the screen. Now my phone is like transparent if you can describe it that way.  It also has blue spotting at the bottom and I wanted to know if there was anything I could do. I'm gonna try putting it in rice and see how that works.
