Q: How do I remove an unknown user from my HD?
My iPhone was stolen a while ago and now I have an unknown user showing up on my Macbook & my AppleTV. Completely unable to remove this user, and am now not even allowed to access certain files of my own as I'm being told I don't have permission. HELP, please!

You may have to try and remove your iPhone from any access to your accounts that shared
the iPhone with the other products; such as you'd do if the unit were sold, traded...
Change your password in your associated Mac and your iCloud, among other items.
Be sure your associated payment for iTunes store, etc is voided; ask iTunes support
if you have issue or questions regarding Stores, billing, errors, regarding this aspect.
You may need to change your AppleID or other related iCloud information. Some related
information is among items mentioned here:
• If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
• Report a lost or stolen Apple product - Apple Support
• iCloud: Change your password
• iCloud:
• Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
• What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
There may be more. -- Helps if you had Find My Mac activated, as that allows other options.
If you have isolated your iPhone from the iCloud, iTunes, and other accounts associated with
your other Apple products, you may be able to stop the Shared association with your Mac.
And if you have a time machine backup from before the time the 'unknown user' appeared,
you could restore from then. You may have to change your iCloud ID and or other passwords
related to shared Stores and other features. {Ask an Apple Store about a genius appointment.}
Sorry to not be of much help...
Good luck in any event!
