ibooks won't download on my macbook

Hello,

I have a Macbook pro with OS X El Capitan version 10.11.3 installed on it.

I didn't buy ibooks for a long time, but yesterday i bought two comic books. Thing is for both of them, when the download is almost finished, it says an error occured and I should try again... But it simply never works. 😟

Why is that, and what should I do in order to finally be able to read these?

Update your OS X El Capitan software to v10.11.4 then download the iBooks.

Click your Apple  top left in your screen.

From the drop down menu click About this Mac

Make sure the Overview tab is selected then click Software Update.

Your Mac may restart several times during the update. That's ok.

Hi,

I was full of hope... But unfortunately after downloading the latest version of El Capitan, the result is still the same: It looks like it is downloading normally, and just when the download is finished it says a problem occurred.
