Reinstall Older version Mavericks

Can I reinstall my previous Maverick Version without losing all my files?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Apple only ships the most current version of OS X which is 10.9.5.

You can restore it from your backup, but any files created since the backup won't be there.
