Q: Upgraded to El Capitan and now iTunes won't link to my iTunes Media files, which haven't moved
Hi.
It seems i've also succumbed to El Capitan playing havoc with my iTunes files.
Although it has wiped my iTunes library when opening iTunes (apart from more recent iTunes purchases which are there but would need one download from the cloud), I can still see most of my media files still in the correct place on my macbook hard drive.
The file path is pointing to the correct folder but iTunes doesn't seem to be accessing it. I've tried re-mapping it to the same place but still no joy.
I'm also nervous about syncing my iPhone in case it attempts to wipe everything which is on there as there lots of new downloads etc which I haven't synced prior to El Capitan.
Help please!
Thanks
Rob
