can someone tell me how to get safari for my system OS 10.7.5 I have tried to get but ether new versions of safari and cant use or early versions that cant use. such a easy thing made difficult.

Why do you need to install Safari again? I wonder how did you uninstall Safari or what happened to it? Safari comes with OS X. In order to get the latest safari you should update OS X on your machine.
I know I sound like a dummy but I have no idea how I lost safari. but I did. Would think its easy to download a version that would work with my present system. If you have any info on how to get using os 10.7.5 would be great. Thanks
Is Safari missing from the application's folder?
To replace Safari, reinstall OS X from recovery. It won't erase your data.

Restart the computer, when the startup chime sounds, before the grey screen, hold down the Command and R keys. Select Reinstall OS X.
You could get and use Firefox browser. It is updated and a good product.
