Q: iCloud asks password from non existent address
Hi All,
I want to restore my Iphone but I need to deactivate iCloud for that.
Unfortunately, it asks me the password from an old non-existent email address. I know there used to be a solution which consisted in changing temporarly the your current email address in Appleid with the non existent one, and then use the current password, etc.
However, this doesn't work anymore since they now ask a verification code to change your primary email address. And of course, they send this code to the non existent one, so I cannot make the change...
Anybody has a solution? I am blocked and can't restore anything.
