Do you mean family sharing ? Home sharing lets your stream music / videos from a computer's iTunes to another computer's iTunes or iOS device, or to copy them between computers.

You can use family sharing, which will mean that purchases are charged to the family organiser's card (a family member can use a balance on their account, otherwise they will be charged to the organiser) : Family Sharing - Apple Support

You can share most apps, but not in-app purchases done within them : What types of content can I share with Family Sharing? - Apple Support

You can share:

  • Music, movies, and TV shows from the iTunes Store.
  • Books from the iBooks Store.
  • Most apps from the App Store.
  • Your Apple Music Family membership.

The availability of iTunes content and Apple Music depends on your country.

To share apps, you need iOS 8 or later or OS X Yosemite or later.
