XSAN 4 cannot create affinity

When trying to assign an affinity to a folder, I get this error:

ns:~ cine$ sudo cvaffinity -s Data /Volumes/XRAID/COMMON

cvaffinity: Couldn't set affinity for "/Volumes/XRAID/COMMON" - error 2

ns:~ cine$

The info from cvadmin here:

Have I've missed something?

This worked on earlier versions of XSAN, and Iäve been setting up the XSAN from the beginning so no migration issue.
