DJI Phantom support
Maybe I'm missing something but: it appears that Apple sells DJI Phantom devices in the Apple Stores but does not support the RAW format those devices write. At least the DJI devices are not listed as supported.

Raw support does not originate with Apple. Rather, DJI has to initiate development of that camera support, and provide that solution to Apple, who in turn, includes it with the periodic Digital Camera raw updates. Ask DJI what their commitment is to providing Digital Camera raw support for their cameras on OS X.
