We currently have been experiencing issues with paused print queue throughout the school year. We have checked to make sure all print drivers are up to date on local computers. Currently we are running a windows 2008 print server and our connecting the printers to the iMac via windows print sharing. Normally when we see this issue the print log on the local computer displays two errors "holding for authentication" and "stopping Unresponsive Job". We think this might be linked back to a Keychain issue when students forget their passwords and log back in with the new password and fail to follow the keychain Prompts. We are in the process of testing a script that will delete each users keychains upon log out but wanted to make sure this issue is linked to keychain authentication and not another issue that we are unaware of.
