If the host(s) make a decision - that the poster feels is incorrect or has margin for discussion - how does one engage them? The emails are usually sent from a no-reply address

If you receive a response from Demo's suggested email address, make note of the email address from which it comes (it will be different than the one to which you sent the original inquiry) [ I have seen it published in the open forum before, but I am reluctant to do so myself! ]
