Anomaly on my credit card from Apple

Hi Support Team,

I wish to draw your attention that i am having weekly deductions on my credit card from Apple.

I live in Mauritius and use my credit card linked to Apple mainly to COC (Clash of Clans) Game.

My Apple ID is ****** @gmail.com and the weekly deductions are as follows:

1. PURCHASE-ITUNES.COM/BILL -109.95 MUR

Please advise on this deduction as far as my concern goes through no one use my Apple ID and i'm unaware of these "purchases" or "deductions".
