Mouse not moveable

The trackpad is noch working completely. In case to push the trackpad a reaction at the desk or menu is possible.

But it is impossible to move the mouse by fingers.

With an external mouse is working.

There is no known external influence as a reason for a damage of the track pad.

Two days ago I lost the mouse.

Is there any possibility for an adjustment or setup?
