windows migration assistant - Live Mail "open"
Cannot perform the migration; tool says Windows Live Mail is open. It is not open, nor is it even installed on the PC, nor is message queuing.
Have seen notes about running Assistant in compatibility mode for Windows 8, but it maxes out at Windows 7 as far as compatible modes.
Have searched all processes and services for suspect mail service - none found.
Of course, Outlook and Skype/Lync are closed during migration attempt.
PC is a Windows 7/Enterprise 64-bit.
Another member of my team is seeing the same issue; we do not find any resolution locally or on-line.
