If you put it there and know the passwords -
Settings - iCloud - Log out Find iPhone
Log out of iCloud
Force restart the phone and sign back in
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you did not put that email in there - you have encountered the Activation lock and need to return the phone for a new one or a refund
