Can i play call of duty 4 on my mac mini 2014

i Just bought a mac mini the base model with i5 1,4ghz cpu and the intel HD 5000 graphics from the cpu and 4gb ram,

now i would like to know if this mac can run call of duty 4 since i match almost all specs but the game needs a i2 cpu with 2,0ghz while mine is a i5 with 1,4ghz but since it has the power boost don't know if this would matter. and also i don't see the intel graphics on the supported list but since it was2010/2011 when the game came in the store it makes me wonder if the technology has changed so much that by now the modern intel graphic 5000 can run it.

can someone please tell me if i can play this game. And i would also like to know wheter i could play max payne 3 and some of the tomb raider games (and if so which one)
