Google File Not Appearing in Application Support (/Users/[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Local State)

Hello!

I am trying to complete these directions and I am having some trouble! ""/Users/[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Local State". I cannot find the file "Google" in Application Support. I don't know what to do because I have Google Chrome. Please help!
