thunderbolt 2 express dock not working w/ two monitors

I have a Kanex Thunderbolt 2 Express dock. My goal is to hook up two monitors to be used off of my Mac Book pro. I do not want to use my screen on my lap top. I have a wireless mouse/keyboard too.

I have everything connected.

The Dock comes w/ 1 HDMI, 2 Thunderbolt, and 3 3.0 USB's. I have my Mac connected to 1 Thunderbolt. Then 1 monitor to HDMI. 2nd monitor to thunderbolt(to HDMI on monitor).... but the screens are not working or picking up signal from mac.

Any thoughts? Has anyone done this?
