Q: I got a new phone and all of my old pictures show up white

So I got a new phone today. And I look at my pictures and all of them are white  Except for the newly taken ones from the new iPhone. So all my old iPhone pictures will not load. Please help!!!

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1

    May I ask how you got the old images in there?
    Did you use an iTunes backup restored to the new phone or did you sync the images directly through iTunes?
    If the former it may be a corrupt backup

    If you restored via iCloud - then please wait a bit as the images may be downloading - you can log in at https://www.icloud.com and check

    Do you have iCloud Photo Library? If so, depending on how many pictures you have, it may take a while for them to download. I would give it a bit of time but if not successful you could try logging out of iCloud, a forced restart, and then logging back in.


    Forced Restart: Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.
