i need help! my iphone says i dont have the right apple ID after reseting it with itunes!!

so i went and plugged my iphone 5s into itunes and it said that it needed restored which i thought was funny because its up to date and everything so knowing me i went ahead and did it and now when i try to do activate it, it says i am not using the right apple id that i signed my iphone up with and i know that i am using the right apple id and password because i have never changed it, can someone please help

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

If you are the original owner - bring the phone into an Apple store with your original documents of ownership and proof of identity

Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

If you purchased the phone second hand - that is the activation lock of the prior owner and you would need to work with them to release it

see we are good friends and she told me what her emsil and apple id is and its not hers
