iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), external HD with OSX6.8

Use the @ymail.com and make sure you have Internet connection and a valid credit card associated with that Apple ID.

Reset your password on the @mac.com account > Apple - My Apple ID

Then try the Apple Store.

I don't know to delete an apple ID and I try to contact Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
