iWeb with El Capitan

iWEB is still the Best WYSIWYG editor for OS X. You can however setup a local WP workstation but it still better to use iWeb.

So what was lost when updating to EL Capitan? Image links.

But hey there is a great work around.

Problem: Links are there but now image.

Solution: Create a simple image map for the hotline.

ie create your image and text in image as before with all the bells, then create a normal text link and hide it on top. You may not get the active hyper fonts underscore and color but you get your image links back at a fraction of the design and web file size.

It works great.
