My phone numbers are missing from Contacts.

My iPhone 5 IOS 9.2.1 has lost all of the phone numbers for my contacts. The contacts are still there along with email addresses, but no phone numbers. I back up my contacts to iCloud so toggled off and on but no change. Logged into iCloud and found there were no phone numbers there too. Any suggestions?

Go to iCloud.com and select iCloud Settings. When that page loads, look at the bottom left side under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.
