Apr 27, 2016 1:53 AM in response to Sam Severuaby K Shaffer,There are a few web pages with links that may be able to direct you
to contact any authorized independent reseller or service providers:
• Other Africa - Apple Locate: (Tanzania)
https://locate.apple.com/amei/en/
Check by using the Local, City, Country address(s) that may apply
to see what if any sales or service companies appear in the Locate.
You can see what if any local regional sales &/or support information is available by
contacting official Apple as directly as possible via Support or Apple, Inc. site links.
• Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple: (main - US)
Since these Apple Support Communities are essentially 'peer-to-peer' fellow users
who offer free advice, volunteer fellow Apple product owners, without compensation;
you should note that 'we' generally are not Apple and do not represent Apple, Inc.
These discussions tend to offer or attempt to offer a forum environment to help aid
in resolving or understanding technical issues; those who participate here have no
insider status, or special privilege; anyone who can ask a question can answer one.
Hopefully you can locate a sales &/or service authorized Apple provider in your region.
Good luck & happy computing!

Aug 14, 2016 5:19 PM in response to Sam Severuaby Phil0124,1. This is a user to user forum. Apple is not here.
2. In countries with no direct Apple presence, generally 3rd party authorized service providers handle the Support and service for Apple products. In most cases local Cellular carriers that offer iPhones and Cellular iPads for sale, will provide support and service for them as well.
Beyond that, as provided above, you can search for other authorized service providers in your locale by using Apple's search tool.
