Enable 3G or LTE Options and do a Reset all networ setting & check it will fix your issue.
OR
your are gets weak 3g signals !

Apr 27, 2016 12:47 AM in response to amybalcombby Ingo2711,If your carrier gave you a new SIM card, use this one. Also make sure to have the latest carrier updates and that your 3G settings are selected in the Cellular Data settings.
