Ive just changed my apple id on my phone but it hasnt changed in the app store how do i resolve this?

Did you sign out of the App Store and then sign in with the new ID and password?

I signed out on the apple store on my phone but it still pops up as the old apple id and no my own

Did you sign back in with the correct ID and password? How about on your Mac?
