I have a query and you may be able to assist me with.
My yahoo emails are no longer coming thru to my mail account on my vintage macbook (10.6.8). Bigpond and gmail accounts are still coming thru. Also my yahoo is not recognising my password??
Can you pls advise?

Sounds like the Yahoo password is the problem. If you go to their webmail to sign in, does that work? If not, at the step where it asks for your password, there is a Forgot Password link as in the screenshot below. That should work. BTW I don't have a yahoo account so nothing is revealed here.

Try going to Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access and delete the Yahoo password from there.
Not receiving emails on Mail ???
