Q: Keynote Apple Watch Crash

I'm having troubles with the Keynote app on my Apple Watch. I have to deliver a keynote tomorrow morning as part of coursework for one of my school subjects, however I am unable to use my Apple Watch to control the keynote slideshow, since whenever I try opening the app, it keeps crashing. Could anyone please help me with this problem, since my keynote is tomorrow? Thank you very much.

    Hello KaiSilverthorne,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that the Keynote app on your Apple Watch isn’t opening as expected. To begin troubleshooting this situation, I recommend removing the app from your Apple Watch and then installing it again fresh. After it installs again, try to open it up and test the functionality.

Uninstall an app on your Apple Watch

    1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
    2. Scroll to the app you want to remove, then tap it.
    3. Turn off Show App on Apple Watch.

Use third-party apps on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

    Cheers!

    Hi Joe,

I've tried doing this but it hasn't worked. Also, I reinstalled the iPhone app, but it still doesn't work. A lot of other people have reported this problem ever since upgrading to watchOS 2.2. What else can be done to resolve the problem?

    Many thanks
