Check Safari/Preferences/Security/Allow Plug-ins and make sure the plug-ins are checked and plug-in settings are checked..
I have allow plug ins checked. Where do I see the actual plugins?
Is there a Plug-in Settings button next to Allow Plug-ins?
No, there is a button next to allow Java called Manage settings, but when I click it the box where the plugins would be it is empty.
What is the exact error message you are seeing?
Blaze TV uses Flash. Flash is no longer supported under 10.6.8 (it's full of security holes and Adobe no longer support that older version).
Blaze themselves say they only support 10.8 and higher (likely due to the security issues around older versions of Flash).
Your only recourse may be to upgrade to a newer OS (if possible)
Thank you, they finally got back to me and told me they were having these issues and were working on it. I was able to log in yesterday. I know I have to upgrade my OS anyway, but I'm reluctant to do it because I won't be able to use Quickin 2005 which is the only version I like. Later versions of Mac do not support Q2005 and newer versions of Q don't seem to have a check book register which is what I use it for. Thanks again Camelot.
