My service provider recently changed from Verizon FIOS to Frontier Communication. Since this change I can no longer watch the Watch ABC app on my iPad and receive the 400-1 error code. What can I do to correct this issue?

You may need to update your login info in the app to reflect the new provider.
Does your new deal include internet access, often named something cute like TV on the go, Quantum, etc.?
Complain to Frontier?

Thank you Diana for the post. Like you said, I think it's a Frontier problem that needs rectification. Internet access was just restored this morning due to switching issues with Verizon FIOS.
