Is en.savefrom.net safe?

Guys, I've a MacBook Air 11" model. I wanted a site to download videos from YouTube and one of my friends suggested me en.savefrom.net, which can be reached by going to desired video, adding ss behind youtube.com in url bar and it leads to savefrom.net. The question is, is this website safe to download videos on my Mac from youtube or dailymotion. I don't have any anti virus software on my Mac. Please help me.
