If MacBook has been stolen or misplaced if I give Apple all my information about the Mac can they turn it online?, I have find my iPhone and my Mac come up but it says offline

I Have lost my MacBook or has been stolen do have find my iphone and my mac comes up but offline if I give Apple all my information about the computer can they turn it online

No. If you had Find My Mac activated on it, you can attempt to track it yourself from http://icloud.com.

If its was not activated, or the computer is off, there is no magical way to turn it on remotely despite what you may see on TV.


Apple will not get involved in stolen property matters in any case.
