photos not syncing
Photos from laptop not syncing with ipad. Normally no problem but new photos not downloading. Help !

You mean new photos on the iPad are not being pulled into the laptop or vie versa?
Are you using a PC or Mac?

visa versa - my photos on the laptop and not appearing on the ipad. I've managed to get the album names showing on the ipad - but there's no photos in them !
Tried all that...no success. I'm using windows laptop if that helps. I've now managed to get the new albums appearing on the ipad - but no photos in them. I still need some help !
I am having the same problem since the 9.3 update, my photos from my computer no longer sync to any device using 9.3 or above. I called Apple support and they opened a support case but now it has been over a month and they will not follow back up with me or return my calls. I am starting to think this is not a bug but a change in iOS introduced to force us into using Photos.
The other option which involves a workaround is to use an App like OneDrive by Microsoft
You can get it on the PC - transfer your photos to it
Then download the app and open it up on the iPhone
Download the images you want and they go to camera roll
Just tried it on mine and as such the advice
