we are trying to change our default to "preview" to open all PDF and image files. When we right click the file and get info, we select preview but the "change all" button won't highlight for us to confirm the change. Are we missing something? Thank you...
The pre-1998 Apple hardware this forum covers cannot run Preview. If you tell us what Mac OS version you have, we can ask the Hosts to move your question to a more active forum where people will actually see your question.

Preview is the default viewer for OSX so "Change All" would be greyed out since there is no reason to change anything.
