ssearched certain authors but it only shows some books that are available and I know there are other books available but they aren't showing.

Can you give a specific example of this?
I Was searching the author Susan Mallery, it came up with books available so I said see all but it only shows one page of books. Usually when I scroll to the bottom of the page it then loads more books available. her newest book isn't on the list that I can see, that's how I know there should be more available.

There's no guarantee that the iBookstore will ever have a particular book, that's up to the publisher. You might contact them and ask.
