why does my iTunes match and apple music subscription not play the album in song order

I have a large music collection based in iTunes and purchased Match. I also pay for Apple Music. When I'm playing something on my iphone it seems to randomly pick a track from anywhere in the album I wish to listen to using both services and most annoyingly when an album is continuous seems to shuffle through the album. This is really annoying! This seems to be the sam on my iPhone / iPad mini.

Can anyone solve this or can you recommend a better music storage / playback service I should use?
