adonit touch with pixelpoint not working ipad retina display not working

Adonit touch with pixelpoint stopped working. I use it with Procreat and ArtRage apps. Please help, I'm at a loss and very frustrated!!! I have the ipad with retina display!!

iPad 2, iOS 9.3.1

Is there any warranty on the Adnoit - i would try to call their customer service especially if it is not working on other apps as well
