Q: Can you sync Outlook Notes to an Ipod?

Hi - I am using latest version of all Apple software for ITunes (12.3.3.17, 64-bit) and my IPod touch (9.3.1) on my Windows 10  PC.

When I synced Info, Outlook Notes used to sync.  Now it does not seem to work.  Is that no longer included in a sync with Outlook?

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.1, Zagg screen protector used
