hi
i singed in my icloud through laptop by going to icloud.com and wanted to load my photos buy i get stuck in the preparing my library what to do? i have already enabled the backup of my photos to icloud plus enabled the photo library.
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1
to make sure I used an old icloud account and the photos appeared and loaded normally ! but with my new account I could not load the page to see my pictures ! help
